Use this form for CoTimer support, account questions, and deletion help when you cannot use the in-app flow. We reply by email — do not include passwords or other secrets.

Common questions
How do I invite someone to my group?
Open Groups (or the household switcher) and use the invite flow shown in the App to add a partner or family member. They need their own CoTimer account.
Timers don't show on the other person's phone
Confirm both of you are in the same group, online, and that the other person pulled to refresh or reopened the App. Check the connection banner if the App shows it is offline.
I didn't get an alarm or notification
On Android and iOS, open Settings → Notifications (in the App) and use diagnostics to confirm permission, channels, and test delivery. System settings such as Do Not Disturb, battery saving, and notification permission can block or delay alerts. Timers are best-effort.
Is CoTimer free?
Early access is free for a limited time so households can use the core shared-timer product. Optional paid capacity or feature packs may be introduced later; see the privacy policy for how purchases would be handled.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — prefer the in-app path (Apple and Google require this for apps with accounts):
- Open Settings
- Tap Email & password
- Choose Delete account and enter your password to confirm
You have 14 days to sign back in and choose Keep my account if you change your mind. After that, the account is permanently removed. Details are in the privacy policy (Retention and account deletion).
If you cannot open the App or lost access to the account, use the form above, mention deletion, and include the email on your CoTimer account so we can help.
